International Orders

Placing an order

Please use our webshop to place your order. That’s the easiest way for us to receive all the mandatory information. When the order is being processed, we will contact you and inform you about the shipping costs. If you are uncertain which products to order, you can contact us by email info@honeypaw.fi.

Shipping & Tracking

We calculate the shipping costs for each international order. The shipping cost varies by the shipment volume and weight and of course the destination country. For the shipments we use mainly Finnish Posti, Matkahuolto or GLS, depending which is the cheapest option. All methods are trackable and offer relatively quick delivery.

Approximate delivery times for parcels (weekends and holidays excluded)

  • EU, Norway: 2-6 workdays
  • North America: 7-20 workdays
  • Australia, New Zealand: 7-30 workdays
  • Rest of the world: 7-30 workdays

Please note that delivery times are only educated guesses and may vary. Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, there might be delay caused by the weather conditions, customs issues or by other circumstances which we aren’t able to control.

Payments

Since we calculate the international shipping costs manually we don’t offer online payment methods directly on our webshop. You can place the order and when it’s being processed we will send you the offer by email. Along the offer you will receive the payment information such as bank transfer details and the payment links for PayPal, Visa/MC or your local payment methods. Please note that the local payment methods are available only in certain countries. Visa/Mastercard and local payment methods are handled by Paytrail PLC.
